The new USB PC Proline Interface enables the use of Expansion Interfaces on the Auto Enginuity Scan Tool. Currently required for European and some Asian expansions, this connector is now an featured item within the SP01, SP05, SP06 and SP07 Bundles. (On all Pro Bundles shipping after April 15, 2009)

Existing owners can continue to use their software without the purchase of this interface, however, all future updates will eventually require this ST06 interface. Auto Enginuity is currently in the process of porting all expansions to the new ST06 interface and hopes to have this process completed by late fall / early winter 2009. At that time it is recommended that existing customers who do not yet have an ST06 send their ST05 interface to Auto Enginuity for upgrade at a special reduced price. More information will be made available here as completion of the product draws closer.

Customers who purchase the ST06 Proline Interface now will not be required to send in their existing ST05 interface. Instead, they will use both interfaces until such time as the porting process is complete.
