CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Customer Service Support is available by utilizing the eAutoRepair Support Form Submission. Once completed by the user, these forms are emailed to Mitchell1 Tech Support. Response to these emails will be sent as determined necessary by the Tech Support Department.

RETURN POLICY

In some cases, a partial or full refund for a subscription will be granted. Refunds will occur when:

  • The credit card charged for a subscription was stolen or not authorized for use. Documentation of unauthorized use may be required.
  • A partial refund may apply in instances where tax calculation is inaccurate due to different local taxes for the same zip code.

Other request for refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Mitchell1’s internal policies. Due to the nature of the intellectual property purchased in your subscription, a refund may not apply once the eAutoRepair product has been accessed and used.
