This Diagnostic Kit includes:

• IDSS-II Interface module with:
  • 1 USB cable
  • 1 DLC cable
• IDSS-II Installation CD-ROM
• Software Updates: An IDSS-II subscription enables you to register your product with Isuzu and receive periodic web updates through the Internet to update your Interface module with new models, functionality and programming capabilities.

Also included is the following support:

• Support desk technical support from Isuzu technical support representative.
• 6-month IDSS subscription (a $1,390 value). You need to extend your IDSS subscription after the first six-month subscription expires.  Your tool will not work after expiration. You can purchase a new 6-month license anytime in the future for $1,390, or you can purchase a 1-year subscription for $2100. This will give your scanner full functionality and all the new updates that were released after your subscription expired.

What software is included with the IDSS-II hardware module?

• Service information (including Electrical Troubleshooting Manual)
• Service Programming
• Technical Service Bulletins
• Some training to support all Isuzu manufactured products
• The IDSS software is designed for use with the IDSS Interface module

Which vehicles does IDSS support?

• IDSS-II supports only U.S. or Canadian specification Isuzu Medium Duty Trucks at this time. 

IDSS-II Capabilities:

• Reprogram / Reflash All Control Modules (ECM's)
• Perform Injector Flow Rates
• Diesel Particulate Filter Regens, both Normal and Slow Flow Rates
• Cylinder Cutout Tests, Buzz Tests, Contribution Tests, etc.
• All functionality that OEM dealer tool has.  This is the dealer diagnostic tool.
