Hardcover & Softcover Books: If you received the manuals you ordered and it is not what you expected, you have 30 days to return it to us, as long as the manual is in new condition, as you received it. We will refund the cost of the manual as soon as it is received. We cannot refund shipping.
Software (CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs): Sales are final. If the product is defective, we will replace the product after the defective copy is returned. We will also reimburse you for your return shipping cost.
eAutoRepair Online Subscription: Sales are final. Please note that due to the nature of the intellectual property purchased in your subscription, we are not able to grant a refund once the eAutoRepair product has been accessed and used.
Transmission Rebuild Kits, Torque Converters & Other Parts: Sales are final. A return/exchange will only be authorized if you received something different than what you ordered.

If a customer was given inaccurate product information by
our Customer Service Representatives or by an advertisement displayed on our
website, then we will consider a return on a case-by-case basis.
If you received the wrong product (something different than you ordered) we will reimburse you for your return shipping cost and send you out a corrected order.
Refunds and exchanges can be made by preauthorization only up to 30 days after the purchase. Contact us and obtain return authorization first, then send back the merchandise. Include the packing slip in the return box. To minimize cost to you, send the item back using "Media Mail" delivery at the U.S. Post Office. To track delivery of your return, purchase the delivery confirmation service. It is your responsibility to insure the package against loss by the US post office or other carrier. We will only refund the cost of products that actually are received, so insure your return package!
