Simple to Use:

Just touch a button to turn the unit on, press ⁰C/⁰F if you need to change the unit of measurement. Then position the probe and read the temperature—sampling time is just one second. To retain the reading, press the HOLD button and you'll see the reading until you turn the unit off or press the HOLD key again (the degree sign and ⁰C/⁰F symbol will flash to indicate you're in the HOLD mode).
