Application card designed to work with ProLink GRAPHIQ to provide coverage for Meritor WABCO non-D, D and E Tractor ABS, Easy-Stop and Enhanced Easy-Stop trailer ABS.
The Meritor WABCO application software provides the technician with functions necessary to service the tractor and trailer ABS brake systems. To address advanced capabilities provided by Meritor WABCO, the MPC uses PCMCIA cards. The card is plugged into the back of the unit, and provides additional functions unique to Meritor WABCO. The following list contains all of the features and functions available with this card.

Effective March 2001, a Federal Government mandate required that heavy-duty trucks have an in-cab trailer ABS warning lamp. Using a new SAE standard called PLC communication, the change requires trailer ABS ECU's to communicate with the tractor ECU via the J560 power line to activate the warning lamp. NEXIQ's PLC Converter (sold separately) is also required for PLC communication. The PLC test application is easy to use and provides the ability to: | Verify trailer ABS ECU for MID 10 and MID 11 messages. Toggle in-cab trailer ABS warning lamp ON/OFF to confirm operation. Test tractor and trailer coupled or trailer independently for MID messages.
